Courtney Sigworth is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Registered Play Therapist in Oklahoma who has been practicing since 2012. It takes courage to share your story, and Courtney is honored to partner with you on this journey. She has been trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and mindfulness. Courtney has experience in reducing depression, anxiety, stress, and anger. She can support you in working through relationship and communication concerns, life transitions, and trauma. Courtney’s involvement in hospice has also given her insight into assisting clients who have received a terminal diagnosis for themselves or a loved one. Postpartum depression, parenting struggles, parent-child relationship issues, and understanding family dynamics are also areas she has expertise in.
