Katelyn Schafstall is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Oklahoma who has been practicing since 2017. She has Master’s in Social Work from The University of Oklahoma. Katelyn strives to create a safe and supportive environment to help individuals and families navigate the therapeutic change process. She has experience working with anxiety, depression, grief, PTSD, chronic illness, and life stage transitions. Katelyn tailors her therapeutic approach to what unique challenges the individual or family is facing. She has training in cognitive behavioral therapy, trauma focused cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and strengths-based approaches. Katelyn is dedicated to helping clients identify their strengths in order to overcome the obstacles in their lives and reach their goals. Outside of work, Katelyn enjoys spending time with her family and friends, reading a good book, and attempting to keep a vegetable garden growing.
