
Lindsay Rains is a Licensed Professional Counselor in Oklahoma with more than 14 years of experience. Her Undergraduate Studies were a Major in Sociology and Criminology and a Minor in Japanese. Her Graduate Studies were Human Relations, LPC. Lindsay believes in a treatment approach that meets people where they are, builds on strengths and helps nurture the traits they want to develop. She feels everyone deserves to be seen and heard. Some modalities that Lindsay uses in her approach are CBT, TF-CBT, CPT, DBT, Art therapy techniques, EMDR, and MRT. In her free time, Lindsay enjoys cooking and gardening, creating art, listening to music, taking care of her fruit trees and vegetable plants and classic cars.
