Tina Odell, MAMFT, LPC earned her bachelor’s degree from Oklahoma Baptist University, then later furthered her education at Liberty University, where she received her first Master’s degree in Human Relations and Marriage and Family Therapy. She later added an additional Master’s degree in Counseling and received her license as a professional counselor, LPC, in 2017. Tina has worked extensively in the area of Human Services and as a therapist in the field of trauma treating trauma, PTSD, and issues of attachment. She uses EMDR (Eye movement desensitization and reprocessing) and a Solution Focused approach to help clients find hope and strength. Tina uses an eclectic and holistic approach to empower the client and keep the client focused on their identified goals. In addition to the above approaches, Tina uses CBT, DBT, and mindfulness training to help clients manage their stress and anxiety and develop ways to regulate their emotions and develop a higher level of emotional awareness. Tina’s passion is to help clients develop an awareness of how their past is affecting their present and help them find a way to more effectively and joyfully approach their future. Tina currently resides in OKC / Savannah, GA, and lives with her three children. She loves spending time on the beach with her family, walking, going to the park with her kids, and just lazy days on the coast.
